Competition Timetable

​This timetable shows an overview of the schedule for the weekend. At registration, each conductor will be provided with a more detailed timetable to show the precise timings of their rehearsals and adjudicated rehearsals.

09.00 – Arrival and Registration 
09.50 – Rehearsals
11.20 – Break
11.35 – Rehearsals
12.35 – Lunch
13.35 – Rehearsals 
15.35 – Break 
15.50 – Rehearsals
16.50 – Staging rehearsal for Gala Concert
18.00 – Gala Concert
20.00 – Dinner

During Saturday, each competitor will have 1 hour to work with the chamber choirs on their chosen programme, and a further 20 minutes to work on the set piece with the massed choirs.

10.15 – Arrival
11.10 – Rehearsals
11.50 – Break
12.05 – Rehearsals
12.45 – Lunch
13.45 – Rehearsals
15.25 – Break
15.40 –Staging rehearsal for Grand Final
18.00 – Grand Final

During Sunday, each competitor will have 20 minutes to work with the chamber choirs on their chosen programme. 10 minutes of this time will be adjudicated. Competitors will also have a further 10 minutes to work on the set piece with the massed choirs. This session will also be adjudicated.

Catering
Applicants will be expected to provide their own food and drink during the weekend, but catering facilities will be available during the day at the venue.

Accommodation
Applicants will need to arrange their own accommodation during the weekend of the competition. We will provide further information about hotel options shortly.
