Terms and conditions of sale
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the London International Choral Conducting Competition (see below). Please check your tickets carefully as soon as you receive them as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Ticket prices are subject to change. The London International Choral Conducting Competition reserves the right to change the prices of tickets and/or introduce discounts/special offers which cannot be retrospectively applied to tickets already purchased.
Any ticket holders who arrive after the scheduled start of the event cannot be admitted until a suitable break.
The London International Choral Conducting Competition reserves the right to provide alternative seats in case of a change of venue or seating configuration.
Tickets cannot be refunded except on cancellation of the event. If you are unable to attend because you have tested positive for Covid-19 or are self-isolating, please contact our Box Office by email: [email protected] before the scheduled start of the event and they may be able to offer you a credit note for a future event, or a refund in the event of a waiting list.
If the event has to be interrupted or abandoned no money will be refunded if more than half of the event has taken place.
The London International Choral Conducting Competition reserves the right to alter the event programme or performers without prior notice.
All exchanges are at the discretion of the Box Office Manager. In order to process an exchange you must contact the Box Office ([email protected]) no later than 72 hours before the event.
Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission.
Children aged 5 – 16 must have their own ticket and must be seated next to an accompanying adult. Children aged 0 - 4 will not be admitted to the venues unless otherwise advertised or agreed in advance.
