Agnes Schnabl of Austria has won the 2024 London International Choral Conducting Competition. She wins £5,000 and a place at the 2025 abcd annual convention. Tobias Stückelberger of Switzerland placed second.

Heeseong Lee (South Korea), Olivia Shotton (UK) and Yuto Yamaguchi (Japan) were the other grand finalists.

What's new for LICCC 2024?

• We have introduced new competitive rounds for the 2024 competition, including rounds focused on sacred music and UK women composers. 
• We are excited to announce that shortlisted competitors will be working with professional choir Tenebrae as part of the new sacred music round.
• The competition is now open to individuals aged between 18-35 years old.
